Refund policy

Obsidian Needles proudly stands behind the quality of its products. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if any pieces are damaged in transit, or items are incorrect and we will gladly credit you. All returns must receive an RMA number from your account manager, any products returned with out the RMA number risk not being processed or refunded. Please note, all items being returned must be in its original packaging.  If there is any defect caused by manufacturing, please contact us, and we will gladly replace your item once we receive the original item back.
